Tungt för Telge och NIF

Telges division ett-damer förlorade bortamatchen mot Täby med 5–7. Och tappade därmed också serieledningen till Hässelby som har en poängs försprång.

– Täby är ett bra lag, men det känns som om vi blev rånade på åtminstone en poäng. Samtidigt har vi oss själva att skylla då vi inte gör mål på alla de lägen vi skapade. Våra avslut var alldeles för juniormässiga, konstaterade Telge-tränaren Peter Nilsson, som bara ville plussa för forwarden Malin Hellsén.

Telge, som sköt hela 51 skott, ledde matchen med 5–4 när mindre än sju minuter återstod. Men tabelltrean Täby kvitterade och lagets stjärna Sara Attermo satte sedan det avgörande 6–5-målet med blott sju sekunder kvar.

Även Nykvarns IF:s herrar föll tungt i division ett mellersta Svealand. Åby vann en målfest på hemmaplan med 12-10. Matchen var jämn tills slutet av den andra perioden då hemmalaget ryckte från 7–7 till 11–7. Men NIF kom tillbaka – dock inte närmare än till underläge 10–11.

– Läget är naturligtvis inte optimalt nu när vi måste lita på att andra resultat går vår väg, konstaterade NIF-tränaren Roger Callin.

Kim Callin (4 mål) och Tommy Cannerbo (3 mål) var framträdande i NIF, som har tre poäng upp till serieledande Åby.

Enda ljusglimten bland de lokala division ett-lagen i helgen var Rockets-herrarna som enligt tränaren Gustav Axberg gjorde säsongens bästa insats när topplaget Linköping ungdom besegrades med 10-7.
